On the afternoon of October 17, the launch event of the Hunan Cross-Border Trade Comprehensive Service Platform and the centralized signing ceremony of Tianxin Economic and Technological Development Zone (TEDA) were grandly held at the Hunan Big Data Exchange, with the theme of "Open Integration & Urban Synergy, Intelligent Linkage to the Globe". As a key introduced project, Hunan Easyfly Technology Co., Ltd. was invited to attend the event and complete the strategic signing.
At the event, the Hunan Cross-Border Trade Comprehensive Service Platform – China’s first provincial-level cross-border trade comprehensive service platform built on independent and controllable blockchain underlying technology – was officially launched. Recognized by 17 national ministries and commissions as the core carrier of the "blockchain + trade finance" pilot project, the platform features "transparency, compliance, efficiency, and security". By breaking down data barriers among customs, taxation, foreign exchange, commerce, the People’s Bank of China, and other departments, it has established eight major ecological service systems covering customs clearance, taxation, foreign exchange, financing, commerce, logistics, warehousing, and certification, aiming to realize one-stop digital management of the entire cross-border trade process. The successful launch of the platform will provide key digital infrastructure support for Hunan’s cross-border e-commerce, construction machinery, "new three treasures" (electric vehicles, lithium batteries, photovoltaic products), and other advantageous industries’ exports, significantly improving the level of trade facilitation.
On the same day, Tianxin TEDA officially released the Interim Support Policies for Leading Industrial Innovation with Technological Innovation and Vigorously Cultivating and Developing New Quality Productive Forces. Centered on six key areas – "Foundation Laying, Seedling Cultivation, Peak Climbing, Circle Expansion, Upgrade Promotion, and Escort Support" – the policy system forms a closed-loop support covering the entire life cycle of enterprises. It explicitly offers heavy incentives for settled projects in key industries such as the digital economy and low-altitude economy, including a maximum R&D investment reward of 2 million yuan, a maximum foreign-invested project reward of 10 million yuan, a maximum manufacturing upgrade subsidy of 10 million yuan, and rewards for the commissioning of major projects. These incentives demonstrate the park’s firm determination and strong strength in gathering industries and nurturing new quality productive forces.
During the centralized signing session, Easyfly completed the project landing contract with Tianxin TEDA. Ms. He Zhu, Executive Director of Easyfly, stated at the event: "Tianxin TEDA boasts superior industrial policies, significant geographical advantages, and favorable airspace conditions, which are highly aligned with Easyfly’s development strategy. The company will collaborate with universities such as the National University of Defense Technology (NUDT) for technological R&D and achievement transformation, and build UAV hangars and complete machine production lines."

This signing marks Easyfly’s official integration into the booming "digital + low-altitude" economic ecosystem of Tianxin TEDA.
